The Norma Stark Foundation Scholarship

The Norma Stark Scholarship honors the legacy of Norma Stark, a passionate and devoted music educator whose influence reached far beyond her classroom. Norma inspired generations of students through her love of teaching, commitment to the arts, and belief in nurturing the whole person.

In addition to her career in education, Norma was deeply committed to community, reflection, and service—values embodied in the Norma Stark Memory Garden and Labyrinth.

This scholarship supports high school seniors who aspire to teach and serve others, carrying forward Norma’s spirit of compassion, creativity, and lifelong learning. We seek to invest in students who will educate, inspire, and make a meaningful difference—just as Norma did.

Our organization is offering one scholarship in the amount of $1,750.00 to a senior from either Rossford or Eastwood High School who plans to pursue a major in education at any university. This major can be in any field of education such as: any level of teaching, performing or visual arts, horticulture, etc. 

The deadline for submission of this application is January 15, 2026. The scholarship will be awarded in mid-March, 2026 to be used for the 2026-2027 school year.

Please submit your application to your school counselor, who will forward the application to our Board for review and selection.
