The Norma Stark Foundation Scholarship

Our Foundation is offering one scholarship in the amount of $1,750.00 to a senior from either Rossford or Eastwood High School who plans to pursue a major in education at any university. This major can be in any field of education such as: any level of teaching, performing or visual arts, horticulture, etc. 

The deadline for submission of this application is January 15, 2026. The scholarship will be awarded in mid-March, 2026 to be used for the 2026-2027 school year.

Please submit your application to your school counselor, who will forward the application to our Board for review and selection.
